During our session, we’ll use energetic and vocal techniques to uncover and release blocks around self-expression, creativity and communication. Together, we’ll create space for your authentic voice to emerge.
These sessions combine vocal toning, sound healing, throat chakra work, energy healing, and intuitive guidance to help you build confidence, express yourself more freely and reconnect with the truth that lives within you.
What is Voice Activation?
A Voice Activation is designed to help you reconnect with your authentic expression.
In a session, I guide you through intuitive vocal and energetic practices to release tension and energetic blocks so you can feel more grounded, expressive and confident in how you show up in your life.
My role is not to teach you how to sound a certain way. Instead, I hold a safe space where you can explore expression without performance or perfection, and reconnect with your truth, confidence and creativity.
What You’ll Experience in a Session
Each session is unique and designed to meet you exactly where you are. We begin by exploring what is currently present in your life and what is asking to be expressed.
From there, I intuitively guide the session using a combination of:

✨ Humming and resonance practices
✨ Sound healing
✨ Throat chakra work
✨ Energy healing
✨ Guided exploration and reflection
✨ Playful exercises
Throughout the session, you’ll be invited to listen deeply to yourself and allow your voice to become a channel for expression, release and discovery.
